hello my laptop screen got a crack shows half a page.what do i do?
well today you dont just throw away your laptop because the screen is broken,you can ask a technician to replace the screen with a compatible one.
laptops dont come cheap its better a replace than to buy a new one.Amazingly it will be in same condition before you broke it.
you can tell its broken if you happen to drop your laptop you may notice a crack on laptops screen,a solid black pattern.you can also test using an external monitor this using vga slot,if it transmit to the monitor then the screen has is broken,if its not booting then harddisk might have been damaged in impact.
You need to gather tools for the service,but before you begin determine the kind of screen and its availability.
You may search the right screen using laptop name or computer number
